Moles or nevus (as called medically):-Are present since birth these lesions when benign(not cancerous )only pose cosmetic concern .when present on the face or exposed area these lesions need removal.when these moles show rapid growth or are with irregular margins they need real investigation with biopsy and a good follow up.

warts :-These are ugly looking lesions which originate due to infection by human papilloma virus .These are infectious lesions and can be transferred by contact.

Treatment :-Basic aim of all treatments is removal of the lesion completely either by surgical ,chemical or with lasers

we use cautry, cryosurgery, erbium laser ,surgical excision.depending upon patient choice and convenience.

Removing a mole using a laser involves numbing the area using local anesthesia. Afterwards, a laser is used to vaporise the pigment in the mole. The pigment is then cleared away by the body’s natural healing processes. A scab forms over the mole which eventually falls away.

Multiple moles can be treated during single session
